ARPSNEWS Mail List CAPS maintains a ARPSNEWS mail list server, to which anyone can subscribe and unsubscribe. Only authorized persons at CAPS can post to this list. It is used for ARPS official announcements, releases and updates. To subscribe/unsubscribe to ARPSNEWS, you can use this Web Interface. Or send an E-mail to listserv@listserv.ou.edu (not arpsnews@lists.ou.edu) containing a single line in the mail body to subscribe:
